Selkirk Distillers
Description
Selkirk Distillers produced their first gin, Reiver’s, in 2017. Initially working as a “cuckoo” distillery through Strathearn Distillery, all profits were fed back into the business in order to foresee the long term plan of building their own distillery in Selkirk within the Scottish Borders. They launched their Bannock Gin at the end of 2017 which proved to be their biggest seller due to the unique idea of using a traditional, locally sourced fruit bread, Selkirk Bannock, to flavour their Reiver’s Gin.
Selkirk Distillers relocated to their own premises at Philiphaugh Estate, Selkirkshire in March 2019. They have been producing their well-established gins ever since and look forward to producing new spirits, including Selkirk’s first whisky, in the near future.
Products are available from their website and include Reiver’s Gin; Bannock Gin; Rumcanna; Gincanna; Pinkcanna.
