Luxury Butter Shortbread

A classic shortbread biscuit using a simple recipe but with a rich, creamy flavour from the high amount of butter used. Baked low and slow and a crumbly short textured biscuit. Just like what your Granny used to make.

Ingredients:

WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (MILK, Salt), Sugar, Raising Agents: E450i, E500ii.

Allergy Advice:

Allergens in BOLD CAPITALS. Not suitable for NUT allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods. Suitable for vegetarians.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep in an airtight container and eat within 30 days.
