Sustainably milled flour at Heatherslaw Mill on the Ford & Etal Estate from quality heritage grain.

Rye flour is noted for it’s nutty flavour, it is suitable to replace wheat flour in recipes but does produce close-textured bakes.

Use to create scones, loaves, sourdough & even chapati and similar flatbreads.
