Piccalilli is a relish inspired by Asian cuisine and made for English palettes. A variety of chopped vegetables such as carrot, onion and cauliflower lightly pickled in vinegar and flavoured with spices like mustard seeds and turmeric which gives the pickle its beautiful sunny colour.
