The Mad Jam Woman
The Mad Jam Woman is a regular on the local farmers’ market scene. She has been creating award-winning jams, relishes, chutneys and hot sauces since 1995. Based in Amble, The Mad Jam Woman takes inspiration from Northumberland whether it’s naming her products such as the hot sauce Rothbury Rager and Percy Warmer Marmalade or blending her own creations with other local products such as Rum ‘n’ Black, a blackcurrant jam with Alnwick Rum and Lemon Marmalade with Hepple Gin.
