Coquet Island is a medium-roast 4/5 strength decaf blend from Mocha Mondo Coffee.

Named after a protected reserve for over 35,000 birds which also has a solar-powered lighthouse built on the remains f a St Benedictine Monastery, the coffee portrays this with a blend of 2 decaf coffees to create a peaceful, sweet blend. Just like Coquet Island itself.

How To Brew Rules

• Use fresh water for boiling
• For 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee add 170ml of water
• Let the water come off the boil before pouring over the beans to ensure you don’t burn them
• Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
