Mocha Mondo Gold, or MM Gold, is the signature coffee of Mocha Mondo. This coffee is 3/5 and medium roast. The beans are from the tropical foothills of the Andes from a co-operative of coffee farms

This coffee has a smooth profile with rich acidity, citrussy aroma and hints of nuts, cocoa & caramel.

How To Brew Rules

• Use fresh water for boiling
• For 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee add 170ml of water
• Let the water come off the boil before pouring over the beans to ensure you don’t burn them
• Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
