A medium dark roasted single origin coffee 4/5 strength.

This coffee is organically grown at altitudes of over 1600m high. It has an earthy profile with a hint of acidity. Flavours that emerge are spicy, dark chocolate with almonds coupled with honey and ginger.

How To Brew Rules

• Use fresh water for boiling
• For 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee add 170ml of water
• Let the water come off the boil before pouring over the beans to ensure you don’t burn them
• Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
