Description
Sumatra Queen Ketiara 70g Taster Pack
A medium dark roast coffee. 5/5 strength.
One of Mocha Mondo’s popular women’s collection, this coffee celebrates the women who grow coffee in Sumatra. They work with the local ecosystem, with an effort to protect natural habitats, and the coffee is organically grown.
The Ketiara Co-op is based in the Gayo Highland Region of Northern Sumatra. The coffee is shade grown in fertile volcanic soil of the tropical forests of Leuser National Park.
The ‘Queen’ designation means that a percentage of the proceeds goes back into funding programs that benefit women in Indonesia.
Each cup brings a brilliant splash of acidity perfectly merged with a creamy body, sweet fruit tones and a richly rounded aftertaste.
Coffee Notes:
Toasted hazelnuts, vanilla & milk chocolate with tangerine and cloves.
Grind Type:
Coarse Ground
