Brew 1 tsp per cup in freshly boiled water for 3 -5 minutes.

Earl Grey tea is an authentic taste of Northumberland. The tea was developed for Earl Grey, Charles Grey who was Prime Minister from 1830- 1834. His home was Howick Hall in Northumberland, which is a popular visitor spot. The Grey’s required a tea that would suit the lime-heavy water.
